Can we get an option or separate version that is portable? So we can customize where the program is installed and updates will be installed there as well as options being stored in a configuration file instead of the registry.

I've put this on our feature request list. If we're able to move the settings to a file that can be kept with the program files, we'll be sure to let you know.
