I'm assuming that the uninstall process is not removing everything and whatever has glitched is still there when the program is reinstalled. How do I do a complete unistall to remove whatever is interfering with the program?

Additional information: These hangs/crashes all seem related to a problem with the failure of CPU and Harddisk monitors. Hangs started after I ran the "Fix Performance Counters" option in settings. A fresh reinstall will run until I attempt to click the check boxes in settings for CPU and harddrive indicators. Clicking "apply" after checking those boxes imediatly causes the app to hang. Stopping and restarting the App after still hangs.
